HYPER HEAVEN は70年代のパンクや2000年代のエモシーン、東京のギャル/ ヤンキーなどの反骨精神をもったアンダーグラウンドな文化から大きな影響を受けています。また私自身、昔からアニメや漫画、特にダークファンタジーが好きで、これら全てがファッションを自己表現の手段として捉えるきっかけとなりました。

HYPER HEAVEN embodies the rebellious spirit of 70s punk/ 2000s emo, infused with the underground energy of tokyo's gyaru and yankee cultures that I grew up around. These influences, along with my love for manga, anime, and dark fantasy, have shaped my view of fashion as a powerful storytelling medium.

ファッションはただ、”かわいい” とか ”かっこいい” だけで終わるものではないと思います。色んなスタイルの裏にはそれが生まれた背景や、誰かの想い、時代の空気があり、パンクもグランジもY2Kも、はじめは ”生きにくさ” や社会に感じる ”違和感” から生まれたカルチャーです。
今の東京では、そういうカルチャーが ”雰囲気” や ”イメージ” だけで消費されていることが多く、それを見るたびに少し寂しい気持ちになります。なぜなら本来日本には本物の自己表現や、個性から生まれた、豊かなサブカルチャーの歴史があるからです。
もちろん誰だって最初は知らないし、誰が何を着るかは個人の自由です。しかし、学ぼうとすること、またスタイルの背景を知ろうとすること、そういう意識があるだけで、ファストファッションや本来の意味を失ってしまった "反抗" のスタイルが溢れる今の時代では、ファッションはもっと意味のあるものになると思います。
着ることでカルチャーを知っていく、そういうスタイルのあり方を私は大切にしたいです。

Fashion isn't just about what looks "cute" or "cool". Every style comes from something- history, emotion, rebellion, a moment in time. Punk, grunge, Y2K all these alternative styles weren't born out of trends, but out of resistance, discomfort, and the need to express.
In Tokyo today, we often see subculture being reduced to just a look, an aesthetic with no roots, and honestly, that's kind of heartbreaking because we have such a rich history of subcultures, real expression, and individuality.
We all start somewhere, it's ok not to know everything, and you can wear whatever you want, but choosing to learn- to understand where styles comes from, especially in a world flooded with fast fashion and mass produced versions of rebellion, gives fashion real meaning.
Wearing something can be a way of learning.
That's the kind of style I believe in.
